Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Bellamia Collections boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
